Client Welcome Guide
You’ll receive a clear overview of how we’ll collaborate, the tools we’ll use, and everything that needs to be completed prior to your VIP Design Day. The guide is packed with demo videos, quick-access links, and all the essential contact information you’ll need.
Strategy Call
We’ll catch up for a strategy call a few days before your VIP Design Day to align on goals, finalise the game plan, and review your prep work. This ensures we’re fully prepared for a smooth and productive experience.
VIP Design Day
You’ll receive 8 hours of dedicated design expertise from me, a seasoned Senior Designer and Creative Director with over 20 years of professional experience.
VIP Support
Following your VIP Design Day, you’ll receive an additional hour for any last-minute edits, along with 30 days of support to ask me anything related to the completed work.

to expect
Discovery
You will send through your ideas and goals for your project via my Application Form and I’ll let you know if it’s all possible to do within the day – or if you’ll need to book in extra days. We’ll also discuss project deadline and I’ll give you an idea of my availability.
Book your day
Once we have a game plan, you’ll confirm the start date, sign the Client Agreement, and pay the fee. Payment plans are also available if needed!
Prep work
I’ll share a link to your project in Asana (my project management tool), where you can easily upload all content, inspiration, and ideas needed for your project.
Strategy call
With your completed prep work in hand, we’ll schedule a kick-off call up to one week before your day. During this call, we’ll both get clear on your priorities.
VIP Design Day
We’ll use Asana to stay organised and keep everything on track. This includes managing feedback, addressing questions, sharing updates, and approvals.
Get your files
At the end of the day, all final artwork files will be uploaded directly to your project for easy access. Additionally, you’ll receive 30 days of post-project support to answer any questions or provide clarification about the completed work.
You’ll be my only client for the entire day, meaning 100% of my attention is on you (and your project).

Do I need to be available all day?
You’ll also receive email notifications whenever I update the project or leave comments in Asana, keeping you in the loop without requiring you to hover around all day. It’s completely streamlined for your convenience!
What are my final deliverables?
To get started, simply list out everything you’d like to accomplish in the Application Form. I’ll review your requests and let you know what’s realistic to complete within the day. Together, we’ll ensure that your most important tasks are tackled efficiently and with care.
Can you really do it all in a day?
That said, it’s important to note that when you choose my VIP Design Day package, you’re investing in my expertise, skills, and 20+ years of experience – not just the final deliverables. While I’ll strive to accomplish as much as possible within the 8 hours, I can’t guarantee that every request will be completed. However, you can rest assured that I’ll focus on what matters most and deliver work that moves the needle for your project.
Can I book in for more than one day?
Yes!
Some projects are larger in scope and may require multiple VIP Design Days – and that’s completely okay! Once you send through your project details, I’ll assess the workload and let you know if everything can be accomplished in a single day or if additional time is needed.
For clients who require repeat VIP days, I also offer discounts as a thank-you for your ongoing trust and collaboration. Together, we’ll tailor a plan that ensures your project gets the attention it deserves while keeping things efficient and seamless.
How do I keep working with you after my day has ended?
If there’s time at the end of the day for small edits, I will include them. For edits without extra time on the day – there’s a few ways we could go about this – either book in for a Design Express Day or I can charge my hourly rate during my next available day. I also offer a Monthly Maintenance package if you need ongoing support.
